Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of the MANAVA Creator Cabinet (the “Service”) operated by MANAVA Media, Serhii Mariukhna (“MANAVA”, “we”, “our”). By creating an account or otherwise using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Service Description
MANAVA Creator Cabinet is a self-serve growth-analytics and publishing dashboard for creators on Instagram, Threads and Facebook. Core features:
- Connect your Instagram Business / Creator account, Facebook Page, and Threads account through official Meta login flows.
- Analyze per-post and account-level insights (views, reach, saves, watch time, AQS, hashtag performance, best time to post, competitor benchmarks, Trial Reels detection, Threads insights, cross-post reach).
- Publish Reels, feed posts, carousels, Stories and Threads posts directly from the cabinet or scheduled via the Calendar.
- Receive AI-generated creative briefs, hashtag suggestions and posting-time recommendations (powered by Claude Sonnet — see our Privacy Policy).
2. Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years old.
- You must have the authority to link the Instagram, Facebook and Threads accounts you connect, and your use of those accounts must comply with Meta’s own terms.
- One human per account. A single account may manage multiple Creator profiles (multi-creator mode) on behalf of yourself or brands you are authorized to represent.
- The Service is not available to users who have been previously banned by MANAVA, by Meta, or by equivalent platforms.
3. Account Responsibilities
- Keep your password confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
- Provide accurate email and profile information. We use email for security-critical notices (verification, password reset, suspicious activity).
- Notify us immediately at security@manava.media if you suspect unauthorized access.
- You can soft-delete your account at any time from
/settings (30-day recovery window) or hard-delete via POST /api/me/delete.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service to buy, sell, exchange or manipulate engagement (likes, follows, comments, saves, shares, views, plays, reposts, quotes) — including engagement pods, bot traffic, or any form of artificial-signal amplification.
- Publish content that violates Meta’s Community Standards, Community Guidelines or Platform Policies, or that Meta has separately flagged (including content appealing suspended accounts, ban-evasion posts, or content for accounts you do not own).
- Use the Service to scrape, harvest, republish or re-identify data of end-users who follow your connected Instagram / Threads accounts.
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, rate-limit-circumvent or otherwise abuse the Service or its underlying APIs.
- Use the Service to mass-produce spam, phishing, malware, adult content targeted at minors, or any content prohibited by applicable law.
- Resell or sublicense Service access without a written agreement with MANAVA.
Violating this section is grounds for immediate account termination and possible reporting to Meta.
5. Meta Platform Compliance
This Service uses the Facebook Login, Instagram Graph API, Pages API, and Threads API and complies with the Meta Platform Terms and Meta Developer Policies, including the sections on Data Use, Permitted Uses of Graph API Data, and required Data Deletion / Revocation mechanisms. Specifically:
- We fetch Graph API Data only for features visible in your own cabinet.
- We do not sell, rent or transfer Graph API Data to third parties.
- We revoke your OAuth tokens with Meta immediately on disconnect.
- When you revoke MANAVA from your Facebook Settings, Meta calls our Data Deletion callback (
POST /meta/data-deletion-callback) and we hard-delete every row scoped to you.
Your connected accounts remain subject to Meta’s own Terms and Community Standards. Any suspension, restriction or review imposed by Meta on your Instagram, Facebook or Threads account is determined solely by Meta; MANAVA has no ability to appeal or override such actions on your behalf.
6. Intellectual Property
- You retain full ownership of all content you upload, publish or create through the Service.
- You grant MANAVA a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license to host, transmit and display your content strictly as necessary to operate the Service (e.g. pushing a Reel to Instagram via the Graph API on your behalf, showing your own dashboard back to you).
- MANAVA’s name, logo, code, dashboards, copy and aggregated metrics are MANAVA’s intellectual property; no Service content grants you rights beyond the ones specified in these Terms.
7. Payment
The Service is currently free to use for individual creators. If paid plans are introduced in the future, pricing, billing cycles, refund policy and any plan-specific limits will be presented before you subscribe and will be added to these Terms by amendment.
8. Termination
- By you: soft-delete or hard-delete from
/settings or /api/me/delete at any time.
- By us: we may suspend or terminate your account if you materially violate these Terms (especially §4 Acceptable Use or §5 Meta Platform Compliance), if your use poses a security risk, or if continued operation would violate applicable law. Where practicable we will give you notice and a chance to cure.
- Termination triggers the same data-deletion flow as a user-initiated hard-delete.
9. Disclaimers
The Service is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses. Insight numbers surfaced in the cabinet are reproduced from Meta’s own Graph API responses; we do not guarantee their absolute accuracy and do not accept responsibility for business decisions made solely on the basis of these numbers.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MANAVA, its operators, contractors and sub-processors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary or punitive damages, including loss of profits, goodwill, data, or other intangible losses, arising out of or related to your use of (or inability to use) the Service. In jurisdictions that do not allow such limitations, our total aggregate liability is capped at USD 100 or the amount you paid MANAVA in the twelve months preceding the claim, whichever is greater.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MANAVA from any claim, demand, loss or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from content you publish through the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party right.
12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute shall be resolved in the courts competent for the registered address of MANAVA Media. Nothing in this clause restricts your mandatory consumer-protection rights under the law of your country of residence.
13. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes are communicated by email to registered creators at least 14 days before taking effect. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page always reflects the active version.
