Data Deletion Instructions

Delete your account and data

You can delete your account and associated data at any time. We offer two methods:

Option 1 — Self-service (soft delete, 30-day retention)

1. Log in at app.manava.media/login.
2. Open Settings.
3. Expand "Удалить аккаунт" (Delete account) and confirm.

The account is marked deleted immediately. Login is no longer possible. Data is permanently purged 30 days later.

Option 2 — Immediate hard delete (right to be forgotten)

1. Log in.
2. Send a POST request to /api/me/delete with form field confirm=HARD_DELETE_MY_DATA.
3. Your user row and all creator / metrics / publications / OAuth tokens are removed immediately.

Option 3 — Email request

Email privacy@manava.media with subject "Data deletion" from the address associated with your account. We'll process within 30 days.

What gets deleted

• User profile (email, name, password hash, login history).
• All connected creator accounts and their DNA profiles.
• Video metrics, Story metrics, Threads posts, ad campaigns.
• OAuth tokens for Instagram, Facebook, Threads, TikTok, YouTube.
• Content calendar, hashtag performance, originality scores, AQS history.
• Personal uploads stored in DO Spaces.

What is retained

• Aggregated, anonymized analytics (no identifiers) — for service-level statistics.
• Financial records where required by law (tax, anti-fraud) — minimum statutory period.
• Support tickets linked to your former email — anonymized after 90 days.

Data export (before deleting)

You can download a JSON archive of everything we have about you from /api/me/export (requires login).
